For veterans and others with a mission-driven mindset, civilian life can sometimes leave behind a void once filled by purpose, structure, camaraderie, and the responsibility of serving others. At Premier SAR, those qualities still matter. Your service may have ended but your mission doesn't have to. Premier SAR is seeking disciplined, mission-driven individuals ready to train, prepare, and serve when communities need help most.

Every mission depends on more than those on the front lines. Premier SAR needs skilled professionals and dedicated volunteers whose experience and specialized knowledge help make successful operations possible. From logistics and transportation to communications, IT, equipment, planning, and administration, every skill can play an important role in supporting the mission.

SERVE
COMMUNITY AID VOLUNTEER
When disaster strikes or communities face hardship, the need extends far beyond the emergency itself. Families may need food, water, essential supplies, encouragement, and someone willing to simply show up and help. You can serve individuals and communities facing disaster, poverty, hardship, and crisis by providing practical assistance, compassionate support, and hope when it is needed most.

Premier SAR relies on the support of businesses, churches, community organizations, and individuals who believe in our mission and want to make a difference. Partner with us by providing resources, expertise, facilities, equipment, sponsorship, or volunteers—or by helping raise the funds needed to support training, equipment, deployments, and disaster response operations.
